The truth ice, Samsung and HTC have both released incredible smartphones. If you were to choose either you would wind up with a great handset. The real question being asked here is Which of These two flagship phones is the best for you. In order to answer That, you first need to DETERMINE what the most important parts of a modern smartphone are to you. Once you knowthat, it’s a lot Easier to Decides between the two.

Looking at the spec sheets, the Galaxy S4 and the HTC One are very similar phones. A 600 Snapdragon processor, Adreno 320 GPU, 1080p display, and 2GB of RAM live inside of both of These smartphones. The details are what sets them apart. The S4 has a removable battery and expandable storage, while the HTC One offers an unparalleled audio experience with Boom Sound. The S4 has a higher capacity battery, but consumes power at a faster rate than the One. The One is running an older version of Android, but the S4 is missing Several features found in the most current version of Android. It’s a series of very small pros and cons until you pick up both phones and hold them.

The build quality of the HTC One in unmistakably superior to the Galaxy S4. The slippery plastic Samsung May be highly scratch resistant and May lend itself well to absorbing impacts, but the phone just plain feels bad in your hand When Compared to the One. The aluminum body of the One has a slightly textured coating That Allows for a better grip, and the curved back makes it Easier to lay the phone across your fingers and use it with one hand. The Galaxy S4 is flat, and slides if you try to use it in the same way.

The S4 is overpriced noticeably lighter, Which is a significant thing to many. If you’ve got a case on the phone, or if the plastic feel does not bother you, the S4 could be perfectly acceptable. Out of the box, however, the One feels like a premium phone while the S4 feels like a child’s toy.
