camera was in focus when the company already released the HTC One last year to further refine this feature sounds plausible. Two cameras have previously been a typical sign of 3D functionality, but it is not certain that it is 3D it is about this time.

Technology site Engadget has spoken to Corephotonics, a company that works with a similar system, and they have a number of explanations as to what the profits with two cameras could be.

1. If the lenses have different focal lengths, that is, if one is a wide angle lens and the other more usually it is possible to magnify distant objects without digital zoom.

second If both lenses additionally has its own sensors so the image quality can be raised in low-light conditions. The pixels from one image are compared and matched with the pixels from the other, and the analysis can determine which pixel is the best.

3rd 3D capacity of two cameras providing other benefits for certain camera functions. It is possible to make a deep analysis of the image and thereby automatically making objects in the background blurred or use augmented reality in a more precise manner.
