Credit Suisse expects a 7 per cent rise and Main First a 5 percent price rise for Nokia and other investment banks track the rise in the same district.
With the included patents and technology cooperation agreement, the companies have also completed all ongoing patent litigation. Under the agreement, HTC will make payments to Nokia, and cooperation concerns LTE technology. The full terms, however, is confidential. The companies will also evaluate future opportunities for collaboration.
Based on previous settlements with Apple and Blackberry speculate Deutsche Bank in a single payment of EUR 30-50 million, probably booked in the first quarter and recurring payments around 10-20 million annually.
“This could add 1-2 percent in earnings per share going forward,” writes Deutsche Bank, according to Bloomberg News.
