The giant HTC One Max released this winter - Mobile

It was in an interview with Taiwan-based publication Focus Taiwan as Ben Ho, Marketing Manager at HTC, gave a picture of how the hard-pressed manufacturers will work in the near future.

Among other Ho says that HTC will slow down the pace of new launches in 2013.

– We have launched too many products in the past, so we have become more wary of launches this year.

6.4 inch screen and Snapdragon 800

During the interview, also told Ben Ho that HTC plans to introduce a new variant of the flagship HTC One in Q4 this year. We have already seen the flagship HTC One, as well as the cheaper version HTC One Mini.

Right now circulating that a large amount of rumors that HTC has a phablet version of top model HTC One under development. This new phone is said to have a 6.4 inch screen with full HD resolution and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chip system 800.

If HTC One as Ben Ho is referring to when he speaks of a “variant of the flagship One”, it would mean that we will get a brand new giant from HTC before the year is out.

HTC employee called “trolls”

Earlier this week published including site Engadget a computer generated concept image of HTC One Max. But just hours after the picture had been posted on the site had Jeff Gordon from HTC’s global kommunkationsavdelning gone in and made a comment that it was false.

reaction from other readers came promptly, but were not exactly of the kind that Gordon had expected. He became namely called for “troll” and asked to “get out of there.”

Gordon then wrote about the incident on Twitter, which can be seen as a confirmation that it was indeed he who left the comment on Engadets site.
