Nokia Sues HTC - Business World

Nokia, which is selling its mobile phone business to Microsoft, has filed a lawsuit against HTC in London.

Nokia accusing the Taiwanese phone manufacturer to copy Nokia’s technology to support voice and text messages.

It reports Bloomberg News.

According to Nokia, HTC tries to get the patent revoked. Nokia has since May 2012 filed 50 case of patent infringement in the United States, Britain, Germany and Italy, involving HTC.
