A British court decided yesterday that the HTC One Mini will be subject to sales stop in the UK. Sell ??outage comes after an earlier court ruling in October that found that several of HTC’s models infringe on Nokia’s patents. Nokia operates similar lawsuits against HTC in Germany, Italy, Japan and the United States.
The Court may HTC One Mini continue to be sold until an appeal has been processed. HTC has however only the week in which to lodge an appeal.
The court imposed not a sales stop by the flagship HTC One then it could lead to serious financial harm to the Taiwanese company.
